Why

Functional Medicine

Health Coach?

Let me be the GPS of your health journey

Functional Medicine coaching is an individualized, client-centered, scientific, and collaborative approach to creating individual health. By advocating for client strengths and using their ‘tool-kit’, we support and guide our client’s ability to change, encourage them to take accountability for their actions, and help them consider various options and choices with their permission.

We work with Functional Medicine clinicians to identify why illness occurs and address those root causes to restore health. The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) sets the gold standard for education, training, and clinical practice in the field of Functional Medicine globally. The 3 pillars of FM are underlying root cause, Systems biology ( how the body is interconnected), and therapeutic partnership ( client engagement/participation)

I am a certified health coach from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy program: the only health coach certification program in collaboration with IFM, sharing many of the same faculty members and much of the same course content.
